This guy is really confusing, please answer?

I keep thinking about my older guy friend from school who i always hang out with. I realised I have feelings for him but he has a long distance gf which he rarely sees and doesn't talk about. I really want to tell my friend my feelings for him no matter what may happen. The guy said "I wonder what it will be like if we did go out". We're like best friends and he always wants to talk even if I'm really hormonal and moany. Every lunchtime it's just me and him chatting outside, sometimes we hug. Lately I've been going through a lot of bullying and he's been extremely supportive. I was telling him how down i've been and he said "Why don't you ring me tonight, I mean, If you need to talk to someone" I rang him and he said it would be good if we go swimming at weekends. I really really like him, but he confuses me, sometimes I think he likes me too, but he has a long distance gf. Do you think he might like me back?

Softball shortstop exercises?

i play shortstop for my softball team. i'd say i have a pretty good throwing speed already but i want to get a little faster and hopefully make my varsity team this spring (i'm a sopre). i want something that i can do almost everyday in my home like push-ups or simple hand weights would be nice. i play 5 or 6 days a week so not something too too strenuous to the point where i will be extremely sore the next day. i know a little soreness is inevitable so that is fine. thanks :)

Damn, what a resume!!! i'm impressed :). however, ur gpa is a little low for NYU. their average is a 3.6. but that doesn't mean you can't get in! you took a tremendous amount of ap cles so that's definetely a plus. and also, your diverse background and the recommendation from John Hopkins will definetely help you. just cross your fingers!
