Are pisces very up and down about their feelings?

Lol, that sure is me! Not all the time because when I'm in a relationship then I know for a FACT that I really like that person. Now if it's dating and stuff then yeah...I feel like that. But believe me, when I know I truly love someone..I don't really question it. What I do question is "Should I continue to stay in this relationship even if things don't seem to be working out"? That's about it.
