Can I wear a spaghetti strap sundress to Army BCT graduation?

My bf is graduating from Ft.Benning in three weeks and I wonder if a nice sundress, and I mean a nice like thinker fabric knee length $50 type, not the cheapy throw on over your swim suit type, to the graduation. It has spaghetti straps, and I dont know if therre's a dress code for the base or something. Put a jacket on top? the only problem with that is I don't have anything that looks very good with it... so could I get by in spaghetti straps?
