What do you think about this GSD breeder vomdastalshepherds (link)?

I personally don't like conformation bred German Shepherds because they tend to have poor hips and their OFA tests often shop up as deformed because show GSDs are bred to have curved backs instead of normal spines. That is why I strongly prefer working bred GSDs, and never suggest buying from a conformation breeder.
