Jet Ski won't accelerate past 10mph, please help?

Sounds like your carbs are running rich. When you take the jet-skis out of the water they run hotter do they are able to cope with the extra gasoline in the carbs. Look in your owner's manual to see how to adjust the carburetors. Also, check to make sure that you have mixed the gasoline properly with the correct amount of oil.
