What to Wear? Going to Chicago next week!?

What do I wear next week? I am going to Chicago, IL for New Years and will be there Tuesday through Friday. I want to look stylish, especially new years eve too. But it sounds like I will have to look like an Eskimo instead? Any help is appreciated.
