I can't handle my newborn?

She cries non stop (She does not have colic) I thought i was not getting enough milk so i start supplementing with formula she drinks the formula and then starts crying again. I tried her with a pacifier and she won't take one. I take her for walks and she still doesn't stop crying I try the driving thing and that still didn't work. The only thing that soothes her is my and my are sore and I tired of having her on my 24/7. Does any one have any ideas what else i can do to soothe her. She is 3 weeks old.
