Appendicitis help...?

are you having nausea or vomiting?those are some signs and symptoms of an appendicitis,also when you say lower right abdomen you are not being very specific,when i had my appendicitis the pain was on my right side directly across from my naval and the pain would not go away no matter what i did also i had nausea and vomiting,maybe you should see a DR. a.s.a.p.
