Could a collapsed flex hose make braking shaky?

I own a 2004 Ford Mustang and when I brake from high speeds the steering shakes back and forth and it very noticable. I know the rotors and pads are in good condition. I was wondering if a pinch in the flex hose going to the caliper could be a cause of the problem?
