Oblivion: Shivering Isles Help?

I haven't played this game in a long time but if memory serves me right there was a part where you had to make a choice between those two and you decided to take Mania. What you should have done was make a separate save and chose the second one. The only possible way to get it is to create a second character and do the Dementia choice.
