PCOS treatments?

I'm pretty sure I have it, went to the Dr last week, but still waiting on bloodwork results. He seemed pretty convinced too, but wants to wait to talk treatment until results come back. We want to actually treat the PCOS for what it is, as we're Catholic and getting on fertility treatments is not an option. Anyone have any experience to share???
