Very very painful mouth?

Okay earlier this week my gums got all swollen and really painful. I have two canker sores at the moment. There are also bumps on my tongue that hurt with any kind of pressure. Eating is just really painful and not worth it at the moment. It hurts like a mug to brush my teeth. My momma told me Im probably getting a virus. It would make since seeing as how my boyfriend has had a cold cold sore and we've been kissin a lot. I dunno doesnt really help that half my lip is scabbed either :/ Anyone idea what might be up with me?
