What do I need to do to help my duck raise her ducklings ?

I have a muscovy duck currently sitting on 4 eggs, they should be hatching in around 15 days if my calculations are correct. Just wanted to know what I needed to do to help her. She is currently living in the chicken coop, I have a lot of troughs and water bowls around outside should I remove the shallow ones to prevent ducklings drowning ? I also have two paddle pools with a step for the ducks, what is the best way to help the ducklings get in once they are swimming? She currently gets pellets + alot of fruit and veges and snails when I can find them, do I need to buy special food for the ducklings or will the duck feed them? I live in the Southern Highlands of NSW and it is about to get v cold and frosty here, will this impact my ducklings? Obviously these are my first ducks appreciate any advice anyone has - Thanks Jen
