What would be a good college to major in zoology?

I am thinking about future careers and one possible outcome would to become a zoologist. I would like to know if there are any good colleges out there besides the the big ones that have a good zoology degree program. Also if anyone knows one, what would be a good training program for becoming a humane law enforcement officer?
