How do i adjust the carburetor on my ford truck?

It should have an adjustment screw on the right side lower part of the carburetor that basically looks like a small flat head screw, this screw adjusts the air fuel ratio of the carburetor. Hope this helps..smooches!! :PPPPPPPPP
